Food menu at BOMBO in West Hollywood

BOMBO is temporarily closed as of October 2023. The space has been renamed Level 2 and now functions as a rotating pop-up venue.

The E.P. & L.P. space has evolved to now include BOMBO, a modern Mexican restaurant on the second floor of the property. This distinct brand outside of the rooftop bar offers a delicious dining experience in West Hollywood. Grub on small plates, entrees, and of course, a selection of mouth-watering tacos. They’ve got an open floor plan with contemporary Mexican accents and a casual view overlooking Melrose & La Cienega down below. It’s a great spot for catching up with friends or for date night, especially since you can head upstairs to the rooftop bar afterwards. Book a reservation at BOMBO Los Angeles for a quintessential night on the town!

BOMBO Details:

🍔 Food:
They’ve got a delicious menu of Mexican cuisine that includes tostadas, Lamb Al Pastor, and a variety of tacos. The Ensalada de Jicama is a refreshing starter and the Tacos de Pescado are absolutely drool-worthy. Don’t forget to finish off with churros and chocolate sauce for dessert.

🍸 Drinks:
There are lots of refreshing cocktails to choose from including the “Blinding Lights” with vodka and lychee liquor or the “Mr. Roboto” made with gin, sake, and cucumber. The “Sex on Fire” is a solid choice for tequila lovers, with flavors including agave, prickly pear and lime. They also have a number of margaritas and some wines and beer to choose from.

🎶 Music:
You’ll hear calm and casual music mixed with the sounds of the bustling open kitchen.

BOMBO taps into LA’s desires for elevated Mexican cuisine in the best way possible. While the interiors are kept simple with touches of Mexican influence, the food and drinks are left to be the real stars of the show. An impressive melting candle installation is the most eye-catching piece of the space (just make sure you don’t lean your hair to close to the flames). Earlier hours can be more laid back while busy weekend nights might be louder.

😃 Happy Hour:
There’s no happy hour in the restaurant, but you can start off upstairs at E.P. & L.P. for their 4pm-6pm happy hour specials. Drinks and bites are $12 and under, including a refreshing Froze that hits the spot during summer. It’s also noteworthy that BOMBO celebrates Taco Tuesday with $3 tacos and $8 margs all night.
