Weekend one of Coachella has always been prime time for exciting parties, events, and brand activations inspired by the world-renowned music festival, and this year was no different. Thousands of partygoers throughout the weekend attended a variety of events sprinkled throughout the Coachella Valley desert.
While Palm Springs used to be the biggest hub for these festivities, Thermal was the standout neighborhood in 2023. Rows of date trees line the roads of this quaint town making for a unique, Southern California farmland backdrop. All it took was turning a corner to find lines of black SUVs and event staff waving arriving guests into the city’s incognito, private estates.
Some events featured impressive live performances while others focused more on brand activations. But all seemed to step up their swag game in comparison to previous years. Guests walked the grounds of most events grasping branded tote bags filled to the brim with gifted merch from sponsors.
