Grandmaster Recorders Details:

🍔 Food:
If you’re intrigued by the idea of Italian-Australian fusion, Grandmaster Recorders is your spot. The menu’s got everything from pasta to caviar to Wagyu steak. Mouth-watering desserts like gelato and tiramisu are also essential. You’ll find bites on the rooftop until around 11pm.

🍸 Drinks:
It should be noted that there’s a quality Espresso Martini on the restaurant menu. On the rooftop, cocktails are on tap (which could be good or bad), with a modest selection of beer and wine. There’s also Frozé on tap to go with those warm, summer sunsets.

🎶 Music:
The rooftop playlist is a surprisingly impeccable selection of hip hop, nu funk and r&b jams without a DJ in sight. If you visit SeventyOne, you’ll find live DJs playing disco and danceworthy hits to complement the alluring dancefloor.

Ambiance:
Each outlet in the building oozes Hollywood cool, with minimalist and industrial design aesthetics. The crowd is approachable and laid back. You’ll find more party-centric patrons showing up for the weekend dancefloor.

📸 Photo Ops:
No one place stands out, but the golden curtains and extended brown sofas in SeventyOne have potential for being the venue’s signature backdrop.

😃 Happy Hour:
Drop in for “Apertivo Happy Hour” Mon-Fri from 4pm-6pm for discounted wine, snacks and beer. They also have a Weekend Happy Hour 12pm-3pm.
